It would really be of benefit if we could do it as a one day trip. Would it be possible for us to be scheduled for the later heats and to register a bit later than 7 AM? It is a two hour drive from Philly. | | | davidacct@yahoo.com | I am captain of the APABA-DC Bakunawas, a festival team that raced in this past weekend's Washington DC dragon festival. While we all have experience paddling, we are all "novices" who love dragon boating.
I see that you have a challenge on June 19th and have a few questions:
1. Is there a way a steersperson can be provided? As you know, the DC festival provides steersperson so we don't have anyone trained to steer.
2. How many times will each team race each day? Is it only the top x teams advance? In other words, if we come in last in our first heat, is that the only race we will do?
3. How many teams do you expect?
